**Cancellation Policy**

1. **Order Cancellation Before Shipment**:

- If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
2. **Order Cancellation After Shipment**:
- Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. However, you can return the item following our return process (see below).
**Return & Refund Policy**
We take great care in ensuring that our products are of the highest quality, but if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return and refund options:
1. **Eligibility for Returns**:
- **Timeframe**: You can return any item within **4 business days ** of receiving the product.
- **Condition**: The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all labels intact.
- **Proof of Purchase**: A copy of the receipt or order confirmation email is required for all returns.
**Refund Process**:

- Once your return is approved, we will book a shipment .
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was distinctly different, damaged, or defective upon arrival.
- Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
- After approval, the refund will be processed and within **7-10 business days** the refund will be credited to your original payment method.
- In the case of damaged or defective items, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including the cost of return shipping.
**Damaged or Defective Products**
​If your item arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us within **48 hours** of receiving the product with photos of the damage. We will either offer a replacement or a full refund, including the cost of return shipping.
